Sailing the 7 C’s of your Health IT Career

1) Confidence 
Become more confident about the field of health IT. Achieve this through immersion in case studies and multimedia, applying, and doing. Health IT can get overwhelming, yet you not need be alone - navigate the waters with colleagues and build confidence together. Sailing with the health tech winds instead of against them requires knowing where the winds are and where they are headed.

2) Conversations 
As confidence and professional vocabulary grow, join in on the health tech conversations in the safe and supportive learning community. If speaking with people was not challenging enough, now we also talk with machines that talk back! Say what? No worries–join conversations about new conversational tech.

3) Creativity  
Go beyond the traditional to create a valuable Health IT system project - designed to share with others. Let your creative side come alive and see where it takes you. 

4) Connections
Share great health and health IT perspectives with your colleagues, family, and friends. Meet at least one new colleague/friend - reach out Take time listen, find, and value people with shared interests and perspectives. 

5) Choices
Can tech really help with health decisions? Acquire wisdom of when to use technology to guide health decisions. Determine when humanity is a better choice than tech, and how to use the best of both worlds together. 

6) Contributions  
Feel confident and safe to shine. Prepare here for doing new and great things in health IT Think less about you and more about who.. who can you help?

7) Challenges
